Don Raul has led over 180 Spiritual Retreats to Mt Shasta and has had many personal and collective encounters with these Ascended Beings and Guides. In August of 2015, Arometh, a 3,000-year-old Ascended Master who lives in Telos (beneath Mt Shasta) came to Raul with a special message. Don Raul will be providing our group a very unique and rare opportunity for the members of our Spiritual Mt Shasta Retreat. He will be teaching us many spiritual practices that will help elevate our collective vibrational frequency through meditation, chanting breath work and visualization. Don Raul Dominguez has committed his life to the study of our Galactic Universe. Don Raul teaches weekly classes in South San Francisco on how to meditate, how to prepare for personal Contact and the main reason for Contact with the Ascended Masters of the Great White Brotherhood. Don Raul describes the message of the Ascended Guides is similar to the message of Jesus Christ, who is one of these Ascended Masters. This important message encourages us to be in Service to Others. Don Raul will be leading us in a spiritual retreat the central message of Service to Others is predicated upon Divine Love. Personal Preparation the two weeks prior to our Spiritual Retreat
We encourage all attendees to try your best the two weeks prior to our time on Mount Shasta to engage in activities that increase your vibrational frequency such as daily meditation, personal spiritual work and fasting from meats, alcohol and herbal medications that are known to lower one’s frequency. Spiritual Practices to Raise One’s Personal Frequency Meditation: Take time each day to quiet your mind and go within to listen to your God/dess within Your Divine Self. Connect with your Higher Self. Take time to quiet the busy mind. Spiritual Work We encourage you to take time to do your own personal inventory to see what fears/worry/concerns, people, situations, are holding space in your heart and mind. Through meditation, quietly ask yourself what is causing you to worry, bringing you stress, causing anger, bitterness, jealousy, and other lower vibrational frequency states of Being. When you identify a lower emotion identify the emotion (ie. say the word you are feeling such as anger). Secondly, identify the person, event, or thing (object that causes your lower vibrational emotion). Third, use your breath work to clear the emotion and cause of that reaction . On the In-Breath: state the person/place/thing and the negative emotion attached to it. State you forgive yourself and the other event/person or thing and on your Out-Breath breath it out to our Divine Source who will transmute these for your Highest and Greatest Good. Fasting: We encourage you to eat foods that give life (not foods that take life from the respective plant or animal. Vegetarian, vegan or fruitarian lifestyle honors life. Give thanks and bless all foods you ingest. Thank the plant for the blessing of it’s life. If you choose to eat meat, thank the animal for it’s ultimate sacrifice. |
